The first break battle in RMagination Dance Studio

The RMagination Dance Studio hosted their first break dancing battle on Sunday 21 May, which gathered both beginners and more experienced dancers of all ages. The right atmosphere of battle was created by DJ Rockid, and the jury of the event was Bboy Supermihanizm.

 

Dancers faced off each other in a contest showing their skills and dance technique. The participants competed in two categories – professionals and beginners, and the most talented and deserving received cash and prizes at the awards ceremony. Relatives and friends of the participants came to cheer.

The event was opened by the youngest participants of the battle, which showed their breakdancing’ skills. There were both b-girls and b-boys between participants.

 

First round was qualifying, which competed b-boyz Zveroboi and Danik, b-boy Mister and b-girl Karina, b-girl Lisa and b-boy David, b-boy Mikk and b-girl Free, b-boy Mattis and b-boy Sergei and many others. Those who passed on got an opportunity to compete in the next battle round for the title of the best break dancer in two categories.

 

Participants showed elements of both the lower and upper break, the elements of spins, waves, and freezes. The atmosphere on the dance floor was very friendly and cheerful, which contributed to the excellent conduct of the battle and excellent mood of all participants.

 

The results of the battle as follows: Nixter has got the first place among beginners, the second place went to the participant Iceberg. Kirill Shary was on the first place in the nomination “professionals”, Dima Tipsi Ivanov has got the second place. All the participants of this battle received diplomas about the participation in the contest.
